Trinidad Scorpion Round #2:

One scorpion in a bowl of avocado.

The flavor is much like a Hungarian red habenero, except the flavor of the Trinidad scorpion seems deeper, richer, yet less sharp and a bit hotter.

1 Trinidad scorpion, 1 Ghost chili, and some others… Heirloom tomatoes, Hass avocado, Himalayan pink rock salt… Served with blue corn chips…

Making wraps:

Yogurt with fresh lime and local honey.
