One small piece of tempeh goes a really long way…
I was doing some reading up on tempeh and its pretty amazing stuff; it has all sorts of fascinating health benefits because it’s a fermented food much like ginger bug in traditional sodas…

I miss tempeh.  It's something I haven't seen in any stores in my year and a half living in Mexico.  Looks like a yummy sandwich.

Supposedly if you buy bulk soy beans and tempeh starter it’s very cheap and easy to make at home. 😉

Believe it or not, bulk soybeans might also prove a challenge. Also, laziness is a factor.

I find adding shredded carrot to the curry counters the acidity of the tomatoes. This is an old Italian cooking trick.

Used one Trinidad scorpion in a meal for two… lightly sautéed it and added to caramelized onions and it had an excellent flavor and a perfect heat level. I far prefer the flavor of the scorpion to that of ghost pepper; it has an amazing almost floral fragrance.

                                            Dry farmed heirloom tomatoes

This is a similar recipe to the one I uses yesterday, but this one has fresh basils, a Trinidad scorpion, and dry farmed heirloom tomatoes.

                                            Melon and watermelon

                                            Used these for another meal
