May I ask what the return rate will possibly be from the USA?  And will you be integrating customs paperwork and such?

I am not 100% certain, but I would be extremely surprised if the customs paperwork was not integrated (Shoque?).

West Coast 1Kg Approx USD36 for Express Saver

      How does that look?

More info nicked from the UPS website…

                How It Works
A customer simply visits your website and submits a return request based on your company's return policies. A return label is provided by their browser, by e-mail or both. Your customer prints and affixes the label to their package. He or she can then drop it off at a UPS location, hand it to a UPS driver, or request a collection.

Sitting with MrUPSMan at the moment, starting to get this sorted out.  I am super excited about this, can't wait to get it fully up and running…..

This is huge.  I'm definitely more willing to take a chance on something knowing that returns won't cost a small fortune.

It will be.  Shoque has been up to his neck with exams.  I now own his ass until next term….

We are working on this, but to make it super user friendly, we want the implementation to auto populate a commercial invoice with info from the original shipped order.  Like what the item is, what the declared value is and what waybill number the item was originally shipped out with (therefore ensuring that I dont get stung for import taxes).

We think that we will implement a solution that will be a fixed price (per UPS zone).

You will pay us for the return and I will get billed by UPS in the next billing cycle….

It is.  We had to get a module specially built for us….Shoque has been poorly, so things have been delayed....

Was this ever implemented? I checked into returning the 634xhs I picked up…. The LO was about 1/4" bigger than chart indicated snd it's just too big for my leg size.... Going to end up at ~ 160 usd to ship back though (via UPS). A little over $90 if I do USPS international priority but I absolutely despise them and have had customs issues (taxed) more often than not when using their services if/when the package arrives and fear if I use this option IHUK will catch th import duties as I have in the past despite the low value claim of <$30 usd

I've returned to IHUK a couple times using USPS First Class and it costs around $30.  I've always claimed the value at ~$25-30 (can't remember which), and never had any issues.
