Would make the choices easier as I have many favourites and I could then pair each course with a drink

Starter: Szechuan spicy chicken

Main: double smashed super fatty cheeseburger with fry sauce, sautéed onion, and dill pickles and duck fat double fried fries with a big ass iced tea

Dessert: nobu style miso glazed black cod. Hey it’s my last meal and I get to define dessert

starter - tacos birria
main - waygu ribeye seasoned with just salt, cooked to rare with sous vide then seared in a cast iron skillet for a nice crust, roast potatoes, corn on the cob
desert - heavenly hash ice cream
beverage - a 2 liter of dr pepper so i piss myself and someone else has to clean it up
