I feel you on wanting a larger ratio of front/back rise. The 463 from IH is magical, but has only seen smaller releases in 21oz denim.

This sounds like a needlessly labor intensive way to go about this, to me! One of the beauties of Iron Heart as a brand is the comprehensive published measurements. Take a pair of pants you already love, measure the the Iron Heart way, compare what you get to some charts, and you’ll be all set. Customer service is also second to none, so you can get help from the crew if you need to find specific measurements once you narrow down what cut you want.

I like the looks of those. But sadly, SJ will never make a pant that fits my body type. Their cuts are ludicrously slim. Especially in a heavy fabric like that, those are gonna be hard to move around in.
