Checkout the product photos at the various retailers. They usually provide some different pictures on different models. This has helped me bookend / estimate how big various things actually wear.

Used the contact form on their website and Rachel answered right away
It is like I thought, the arms are symmetrical and can be mounted on each side. So they make us new ones . Don’t know exactly how this will be done and when but it seems that they take it pretty serious . Took some pictures they requested and asked how it continues.

could have sworn it was listed as an "in stock" item when i ordered but maybe i confused it with the other new t-shirt that is "in stock".

I also figured the 4-6 weeks shipping time referenced on their website (assuming this is where you are getting 6 weeks from, because it doesnt say that on my order confirmation) was related to the silver items they actually make and not tshirts, but thanks anyway.

today I dropped our A and AA bracelets at fedex for return. It somehow feels strange to give them away and ship to the US , specially that value. keep fingers crossed that they get there without any trouble ‍️

What a relief, our bracelets made it back to GAH without any trouble took only 3 days
Our new ones will be shipped today and they send the tshirts with them.
as they were made for us I took the chance to upgrade on size B , so I‘am super excited now to get them back.
