I would be remiss as an enabler if I didn’t mention they have a pair of Dealan 50 in I think the argyle colorway at Queen City Optical in Denver, @popvulture

But seriously though those are rad — I think I'll hold out for some black or very dark tortoise with silver hardware. The Dealan Tropic are my jammmmm but can't seem to find them after an apprehensive Googling (tbh I wasn't trying too hard). But yeah… my eyes are open. Dammit.

As soon as I come across the right pair of Dealan 53s that happen to be available, RIP my budget.
Edit… hm actually compared to my other shades, I could do the standard 50. I just have a big head so I'm always wary of the smaller option.
Shut up man. I thought I needed the 52s but I love the tropics and I’m close to breaking my wife. Now I’m torn.

Isn’t it funny that I can walk in my closet where I have what most normal people would consider to be a crazy ridiculous amount of high end articles of clothing, but lately I’ve been feeling like my lack of GAH and JMM makes me a total loser. Like I’m almost too ashamed to post now for fear that you’ll all see that I’m a poseur.
The amount of sleep I’ve lost due to scheming a Steal Your Rosette ring and a pair of black Dealans is unhealthy. I almost let a guy at the barbershop convince me that a credit card scam was a good idea.

I just bought a pair of Dita Haliod frames that I'll post some pics of soon. I've also been considering getting some JMMs. The frames do look a bit thick, do any of you find them too heavy for everyday wear?

Nor do I. As Giles said, they fit so well that the heaviness is not noticeable.

I don’t either, I’ve had a few pairs of Dita’s and I’ve recently picked up my molino 55s and they are perfect for daily wear. My ditas were a lot less comfortable because of the metallic Nose pads. They would bother be from time to time.
But I also wear 25oz denim most of the winter. So take that for what it’s worth [emoji23]

I also wear they every day @vegan_crabcakes. Very well-balanced and comfortable! See if you have a retailer that carries them near you to try the heft out for yourself.
