@rimaarts check out the 1955. Roomy all around. Doesn't restock often but it sounds like something you may want to keep an eye out for.

@SKT fuck that is rough. We've found a couple treatments of terro have helped this year. You place the bait near where you see their paths and they should be gone in weeks. Summers coming to an end too so that hopefully helps..

If you're specially after the 88 21 in 36 though black blue has a pair in stock. Slim pickings everywhere else. If you're after heavyweight, the 25 oz 888 just restocked so that should be easier to track down.

@Luke-H any 21oz iron heart cut patch will come with its own themed patch for that cut. The motorcycle patch is for the original IH cut 634, possibly used on some one offs as well (?). Check out the link below to see the core cuts. Patches will also vary by fabric type. (https://ironheart.co.uk/pages/our-core-cuts?srsltid=AfmBOorVLHdUiw46bbV5SwVoMUtYqg-oryOChV1FAdJdlAnWig_4P0-B)

Smoked a chuck roast for the week since I was tied to the house all day. Also sous vide ribeye with a sear off on the camp stove outside as to not smoke the house. The lady appreciates it everyone who suggested that 🙂

Picked up the latest batch in February. Worn about 3-4 times/week. First wash after a dirty week at work and being bored at home with covid. Excited to see how these continue to age.

    • RE: IHSH-33-OD - 12oz Selvedge Denim Western Shirt - Indigo Overdyed Black

I thought I read this shirt was reactive dyed somewhere as well, but the description seems to imply the direct dyed method is used. I'm under the impression reactive dyed is meant to hold it's color (think Johnny Cash series) and resist fading. direct dyed 888 21od. Dying method fades subtly but as expected. Also, I've seen on here that the entire garment will lighten with wash as the top layer of overdyed goodness sheds.

Also, you'll likely get more contrast in IB fabrics compared to OD if that's what you're going for.

    • RE: noob question about denim OD vs. IB denim >>>

@Brandrea as a former die hard fader, I've come to appreciate OD a lot more these days. It's always a soft garment from day 1, and the darker color makes it easier to just throw on and get on with the day. The photos in my previous post aren't properly faded, yet. I'd check out threads for the pieces you're interested in and see how others have faded them!

    • RE: noob question about denim OD vs. IB denim >>>

This is my interpretation I've read over the past few months.

OD: Entire completed indigo garment undergoes a treatment to absorb the black overdye. Through wear, the overdyed pigment will shed. I currently only have the IHSH 293 and 888 21od show fades so far regarding overdyed fades. It's similar to what you'd expect out of a traditional denim garment, but more subtle I'd say. Grays and light blues in areas of wear. The garment will be slightly smaller than the untreated counterpart.

IB: I've only got the 295 ib on ice. The individual warp and weft are indeed blue and black. No post construction wash process unlike the overdyed garments. I can't speak to how the 295 fades yet but I can say it's an amazingly built shirt and photos online show great contrast. It's significantly heftier than my 33 blk. You can't go wrong with either shirt in my opinion.

295 ib. Look at those individual thread colors! Makes the interior of the garment dark.

@Danimal506 congrats and welcome to the world of charcoal! If you need some help, here's a link to a YouTube video that helped me understand how to get my grill going. It's a lot of fun once you get the hang of it. Patience when getting your coals started is key!

@jfive67 this has been my dream since 2000. I bet it drives amazing!

@worn2fade that sounds like a wild time for 6 months! I've always wanted to drive around the country and see where the road takes us, just harder these days. No doubt the in depth scrubs are worth the smiles per gallon though.

@Choko between picking up the collab OD CPO and the 526Lod recently, I couldn't justify owning this jacket. Under difference circumstances I would have kept this one for sure.

@Choko this was my 3X new before selling it to a fellow member. If you need a reference I would say it ran pretty similar to my other 3X T3s. Little more trim in the waist but not significantly.
