      Hey there —

Huge IH fan. Own the 21oz 666- indigo in a size 30. Had them two years. No rinse / no wash yet. They look sick.

Would like a par of 25oz.
What has everyone done with sizing?
The 30’s are big and the 29’s look correct on paper. However that doesn’t take into account any initial soak shrinkage.

I’ve yet to rinse mine so not sure how much to account for here

Any thoughts? Also want opinions on the SIB denim please.

All replies welcome. Let’s hear it!

@shuggs the consensus for the 25oz is to size them where you want them afterwards. while they shrink with the first soak and wash, they'll stretch out back to where they started. so if 29 looks go to you on paper, that may be the size to go with. And as always, ask the crew for sizing advice with your order!

N1 vs A2. Is the N1 really THAT much warmer than a A2?

Unless I am mistaken this isn't stated in the return policy section of the website.

It’s on the product page, but not in the return policy as far as I can tell. @AdamJ can this be updated?

@Tago-Mago @hjl360 probably useful information to have in the returns section I'd say.......

Having never owned a pair of boots with exposed stitching on the sole before these, unsure if I should be concerning about these stitches perishing after a month of wear.

Will it pose any risk to the structural integrity of the boot?

It's normal - the stitches should be lock stitches and there should be plenty of glue in there.

Are they genuine Dainite soles? I've never seen a pair that worn after only one month, you must walk a lot!

@NickD yes, dainite on a pair of Tricker's boot from Rivet and Hide.

                              I walk roughly 15-20k steps a day.

@endo Bescause in their current incarnation they’re used by Dads to deliberately annoy their children. You can tell how well the joke did by the resulting groaning and eye rolling. Why can’t you play cards in the Jungle?…Too many Cheetahs! Sometimes they also contain a clever play on words. What did the ocean say to the beach?…Nothing,It just Waved. Probably more of an answer than you bargained for.
