Can anyone tell me how these compare in fit to the IH-633s? Measurements look similar but the leg opening is a little smaller. Are they basically the same above the knee?

Is it shrink or some other name, but jeans definitely get shorter after a few washes.
            I'll put pictures
777 hemming by you on 33 inches (83.82 cm)
            Now they are 82 cm (32, 28 in) Screenshot_20250101_112321_Samsung Internet.jpg 20250101_111741.jpg

@Hajduk-0 how have you washed them? It's possible to get shrinkage out of jeans with 40C+ or tumble drying. Jeans will also stack behind the knees with wear, so when we communicate with customers pre shipment, we usually advise them to leave 0.25-0.5" of length to account for this.

Alwas cold wash, maybe once or twice 30 Degrees, 40 for sure not 🙂
                No spinning. Air drying.
For me, this is not a problem because I wear them on my boots.I just wanted to share my experience and prove it with photos
Because of this, I shortened my next ironheart jeans (666 sbg 21oz) to 33.5 inches

Another Summer in the books. These shed a lot of Indigo this season & really started to show some amazing evo. Wish the iPhone camera wouldn't lose its mind with denim.

Those are sexy AF! Great job. Would love to know how you treated these. Lots of washes? No washes? Hard wearing? What else?

@tnjyoung thank you! these have seen several machine washes & get pretty dirty during the summer with yard work/landscaping.

I think it is probably the Crocs fucking with the iPhone....Nothing to do with the denim...

                            Hey guys!

These 142‘s were my first IH denims and I‘ve had them in rotation over the last 2 years. I actually don‘t recall when I bought them, but it was either summer '22 or '23.

They have become really great pants and I‘m really happy with them. I commute by bicycle and I think it shows and meant some high crotch wear. Nothing is blown out yet, but I wondering if it‘s time to send these for repairs?

@BalticBob If you want to send these into me, I am more than happy to get these fixed up for you, better to get some of these bits sorted before it gets worse. Cycling is definitely the bane of denim, and personally I would avoid riding in jeans but thats my opinion, as it causes more stress around that area, let me know if you want to send the jeans in for repair and I will talk/email you through the processes, but definitely not a problem to get these fixed up.

@JoshC thanks for the reply. I‘ll certainly send these into you then while they’re fresh out the wash! Looking forward to it!

On the riding in fancy jeans topic: I debated this personally a lot, but generally I‘m only riding around the city for short trips and down to work which is a 20km round trip, and I could, of course, wear different pants to ride to work but, the question I have to ask is: would a cow boy take his jeans of to ride his horse?😄

My conclusion is that I where jeans and they have to fit what I do in them, if they blow out in the crotch because my huge thighs tear them apart as I race every unsuspecting mom to work, then rad! Looking forward to some high quality crotch stitches and some eggstra character for my pants.

@BalticBob haha this is true but would a cowboys jean be as slim as a 777 cut? and there could be an argument made in-regards to the amount of friction cycling compared to horse riding, but im not a horse rider so my point of view could be a bit like opinions haha. It was always something that myself and the staff noticed when I worked in London for Nudie Jeans, we found people that cycled in their jeans were prone to blow-out quickier especially if they wore a fairly slim cut and it was tight on around the thigh, compared to people that just walked everywhere.

Any battle scars are good battle scars for jeans, just adds to the beauty and story of that pair of denim being completely unique to you. Just give me a email at shop@ironheart.co.uk when you want to send them in and I will talk you through it all and we will get it sorted.

@JoshC that‘s only because cowboys didn‘t have the 777s as an option!

Thank you, I‘ll get this request in to you.
