Finally watched Obsession. Liked it but it hit a bit too close to home.

We just watched the Mandalorian and Grogu movie. Decent action, Fun, sweet, and campy. Just like SW should be. Wasn't expecting much but it was a solid 8/10 👍🏻

Obsession is a wild movie. Loved it. Can't stop thinking about it.

Highly recommend “Teenage Sex and Death at Camp Miasma”. Campy, sexy, queer—we had a blast.

I’ve been thinking a lot about Goodfellas and how much it was a part of my college age experience. I remember seeing something about Scorsese’s skill and it focused on the long tracking shot of Henry taking Karen on their first date. Entering through the “help’s” entrance and all the moving parts. Supposedly the first time they shot it, someone forgot their lines at the very end of the shot and they had to film it again. Just beautiful film-making. And even though I liked Dances with Wolves, I always felt Scorsese got robbed for best pic that year.

Next movie up…Unforgiven. Damn that was another great film of that era

The 90s were a special time for movies. I watched Patriot Games yesterday; the storytelling and cinematography are actually pretty run-of-the-mill, but Sean Bean—and surprisingly Harrison Ford, too—give great performances. Don't get me wrong, I couldn't live without Han Solo and Indy, but I’d never really thought of him as a great actor before—just a pretty cool guy. I need to watch Frantic and Witness again sometime. Oh, and then there’s Blade Runner, of course.

Oh yeah just a great period for movies. I’ve never seen Frantic! Adding it to the list. Don’t forget The Fugitive and Presumed Innocent…he was great in those as well.

@sabergirl I saw this too! and I'm still not really sure what happened! 😂

Interesting film though, not what I expected; this seemed more like slasher-themed oddity of a film than a classic slasher movie, which honestly I preferred as I'm not much of a horror guy.

Maybe Billy was right, maybe it was all just about flesh and fluids after all...

I’m gonna say it. The new Scary Movie is gold. My partner and I finally watched it the other night and both enjoyed it.
