Just curious when you get the UHR samples what will you be looking for. Will you do shrink tests, or just start wearing out of the box. How is it decided if the product is a go or not? Thanks.

We'll shrink test a pair.  We have a few people who will get a pair to give some unreserved shit to.  If a pair fit me, I may give them some grief.

They'll def be a go, just may need to tweak sizing before production.

In light of the fact that the 21/23 UHR denim might just be the most sought after/requested IH denim,I think whatever is ,ultimately, done with the Arcs,should be special/set them apart from any other denim IH has ever done. Just my 2cents,and probably not a popular opinion around here,and I like stealth Arcs.

After wearing my too big UHR all day I can't wait for a size 36 888 UHR next year.

I have a pristine pair of OG UHR but I don't know if I would ever be able to wear them… I feel like maybe I just want to enjoy them in their pristine state forever. I feel like they would be wasted on me if I were to wear them. I have them packed in cedar sachets and silica packs in a double ziplock bag now.

@Filthy I totally get this.  But they want to be worn.  The NEED to be worn.  It’s their raison d’etre.  I have a pair and it fills me with joy every time I put them on.  The twist is so good on these.  The outseam is almost the inseam.

Yeah I probably will wear them. I am working on a contraption so I can shrink them and not fuck them up in the washer… I hope to have it ready by the beginning of December.

I washed mine on hot and air dried them as soon as I got them.  They’re just fine.
