@Jord as dog owner, I agree completely. It's infuriating how inconsiderate some dog owners are..

Walking in the park in autumn you can play a round of a particularly fun game I like to call "where's the pile of shit hiding in between all those leaves".

The worst thing is that not picking up the poop is self-defeating.. I am convinced that dog owners are disproportionately likely to step into poop because their dogs are drawn to it

I hate it when people leave bagged dog shit on the trail to “pick it up on the way back.”

Still litter, and you’ve only made it worse by littering turds AND a plastic bag. It is still an ugly bag of shit passers-by have to look at until you MAYBE pick it up later.

It’s not hard to pack it out. The dog can carry the bagged poop in saddle bags, for instance.

If you can’t clean up public spaces from your dog’s poop, you don’t deserve a dog.

I feel all this in my bones and our neighborhood has way too many dog poo villains. It’s gotten so bad a lot of neighbors have put up little yard signs asking for you to clean up after your dog. Embarrassing

Every park here and most main streets where I live have dog litter bags on a roll that can be used so we don’t really have much poop that’s left on the floor

That’s adorable. People here don’t neglect their dogs poop because they don’t have bags. It’s because they’re all pricks. When the ground was covered in snow and ice for two weeks it looked like a dog shit apocalypse out there.

At least in the La Condesa area of CDMX, everyone seemed to have a beautiful dog, and I didn’t see a single dog turd. I didn’t even smell human piss in that town until the last day we were there. Maybe the barrios are different but it was good to see such a beautiful city with people giving a shit (so to speak).

I’ve been with a mobile / internet company since 2010 and each year the costs keep going up ( my fault I know)
This year they are putting each mobile plan and Internet up by $5 a month which on its own isn’t a lot but x by 3 and over the year etc
Called them up and even with loyalty for that long no deal to be made yet if I was a new customer I could save half of the total bill each month

I’ve just shopped around and signed up 2 mobiles and internet for under $100 a month

I’m to blame as I do it every year with car/ house insurance etc but this year the mobile thing just gave me the shits

@Brian optus and telstra are both as bad as each other. ever since I moved away and wanted to retain my number, that the smaller "telcos" (I'm using aldimobile) start to sound more attractive. and also made me realise there's no point being loyal to any of the big 2/3
