This duck (aka canvas) uses rope dyed weft and warp. We also use a similar weft and warp to make a denim….
It is the weave that defines the cloth type, not what the yarns (weft and warp) are made of....

Thinking of doing a non-zippered (pullover) hoody in our normal loopwheeled sweat material for Fall. Possibly in black, grey and navy. Same cut as http://www.ironheart.co.uk/cutnsewn/ihsw-10.html, though I'll likely increase the body length 1-2"

Great idea, but as always against increasing length. Hoodies in particular will look silly if they're covering people's asses, but that's just me…

That's pretty rad.
For some reason the lettering on that red one reminded me of sewn-on felt letters like you would see on a letterman's jacket. It would be cool to see Iron Heart stitched on a sweat like that, especially with an outline.
