@Chibs For 20 plus years, I ate whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted. Now, at this stage of my life, I find myself actually watching what I eat most of the time. it’s kind of boring, but then I feel like I appreciate stuff like this more. ‍️

Steak frites over here tonight, first time making au poivre and mayo also, for whatever reason PEI beef is gaining some notoriety here, salted and left on a wire rack in the fridge for two days then cooked on flat top, Kenji fries

Picked up a big Chelsea bun. my mum used to buy em up at our cottage when I was a kid. Haven’t seen one in years but came across it today! Sooooo good!
