The Snipeburger popup Wednesdays at King of Wings in Golden is the best burger on the planet. They grind brisket and short rib and then smash them on a hot griddle. I get mine with American cheese, grilled onions, house pickles, and their golden sauce for their wings, which is their mild buffalo crossed with their honey mustard. They also have grilled jalapeño, lettuce, and bacon as optional toppings.

Their wings are terrific as well but those don’t happen on Snipe Wednesdays. Love these guys. Good people and great food.

@Tago-Mago triple is where it’s at. The patties are probably around 2oz each so not as decadent as it may sound. The quad is a bit much for me.

@Tago-Mago You must not be a gin drinker. The world of gin is kind of wild and there are so many distinguishing flavors, IMO. Not my thing necessarily, but I do love a martini or a gin and tonic.

@seawolf We've tried quite a lot of gins, but (and I'm only slightly oversimplifying here) at a basic level it's botanicals macerated in neutral alcohol. I prefer spirits that get their flavour profile from aging and maturation in different casks. I will however choose a gin & tonic over a lot of other drinks, if truth be told
