IHSH-452-CAM - Ultra Heavy Flannel Work Overshirt - Overdyed Camel
To a great extent, our ultra heavy flannel (UHF) shirts define Iron Heart: heavy, rugged, but amazingly wearable. The 12oz fabric is woven with Aspero cotton from the foothills of the Andes mountains. We double brush it on the inside and single brush it on the outside, resulting in a very soft yet substantial, thick, warm and windproof flannel.
New for FW26, this overshirt represents a first for Iron Heart: an overdyed UHF in a solid colourway. To achieve this rich camel-brown shade, the shirt is first made using a regular yarn-dyed UHF fabric before being overdyed in the same colour after construction. This process deepens and intensifies the hue, softening the fabric further while retaining the signature UHF heft.
Designed as an overshirt, this cut is an ideal winter layering piece, worn either as an outer or mid layer. Like our traditional work shirt, the cut includes classic patch chest pockets (complete with a pen holder) and button fastenings throughout. Where it differs is in its looser fit, straight hem, and split side-seam gussets, which are more characteristic of our mechanic shirt cut. Wear true to size for layering or a casual, relaxed fit, or size down for a more fitted silhouette.

Maybe my no1 pick from the collection.

Looks amazing! Would love to see a western with this fabric too

-
I love the richness of the color and the beautiful simplicity of this shirt. Typical Iron Heart…… a timeless looking shirt

This one is growing on me.

@SKT I entered a lottery last month for our local hospital foundation where the first place was a new corvette or a 50/50 draw which ended up around $28,000…fingers crossed and hopes were high. Neither came to fruition but one could dream.
The money to buy more clothes or the vette to look good whilst wearing them.

I agree "the national lottery" or whatever it's called in other parts of the world is stupid, but one from a local hospital foundation is for a good cause and I think is good even if the odds are terrible, at least you did something for the cause! @goosehd
-
@Jord we’ve had national lotteries here get over 1 billion dollars. That’s when my statistically stupid self wins out and I always buy a ticket because I figure somebody has to win, might as well be me
Edit to state the obvious…the “might as well be me” part has never come to fruition

-
@SKT I feel ya, I have an aunt that buys us tickets and puts them in Christmas crackers for us to pull on Christmas... It's all fun, I think scratch cards are the devil and play on people that aren't doing well financially.
Sorry to go off topic, I want this shirt

This seems so different than my other winter shirts and that's an awesome thing.
