@CosmoSix5 at launch, we will be moving everything under one umbrella, domain wise, but all USA/EU domains will have auto forwards in place so you should not have any broken links.
More importantly, none of our processes will be changing regarding how we handle EU or US orders, and your payments will still be processed locally so there are no international card fees etc etc. Just really domain tidying up, rather than changing the way we work with America (or the EU)
-
BUT - if there are any issues that we are not happy with regards the above, we reserve the right to restart the ironheartamerica.com domain to ensure good user experience for Americans.

It's crazy to me that in 2025 it takes days to migrate a website. There's gotta be so much involved that I can't even fathom I guess. I build physical PCs in a few hours. Probably a lot of testing and checking details takes a lot of time for this. I'm just generally curious too. Not jonesing for IH. Not yet at least ..

Appreciate your patience, man. It’s not just about copying data over. Migrating a full-scale e-commerce operation — especially one with tens of thousands of historical orders, integrated email systems, and an extensive CRM is a very different beast.

@Graham never considered keeping track of past orders...

and here i was yesterday thinking the forum was also down while the website was being updated.
Same here because my desktop link didn’t work. I just needed a new link. Spent the whole day realizing I have a problem with my forum addiction.

I had the same thing happen, then I just clicked the forum link on the down page and voilá. I think a lot of people were running into the same issue, because I noticed there seemed to be a lot less posts yesterday.

Oh I figured it out quick lol. This rat knows the maze.

We hit a pretty big roadblock yesterday with importing customer data - but we have fixed it finally. Launch on time was threatened, but now we are back on track. We havent had a chance to test everything yet, as yesterday really slowed us down, but assuming the final tests on a live environment go well over the next 2 hours, launch around 10am should be doable.

Exciting times!
