When using "Compare", adding things via the inbuilt search function works great, but adding items from the product page does not. It says "loading" then hangs up. You can't close that compare tab either.

EDIT: I tested the above with different products and it is possible to add some from the product page but not others.

EDIT: It would appear that the items I cannot add to compare from their product pages are also not searchable from within the compare page, despite showing correctly when using the general, site-wide search function. Example: IHSB-TGN-NAT.

@neph93 we can replicate, something weird going on, so will investigate

@neph93 sorry, can you give us another example? We can only replicate with the TGN, so another example would help narrow down the issue

@Alex @AdamJ Also happens with the IHSB-COL-BLK, but not all IHSB jackets.

Did some random searches of well known items from other lines and everything else worked

Seems that none of the belts have the "How we measure belts" guide. At least the OGL ones I have been eyeing.

I’ve created a new password and logged in successfully on the day the new site launched. Now I can’t log in with the new password.

@SKT this may be something else. shop software seems to have some protection functions running in the background, which goes wrong in your case.
different browser, different device, cleared you cache, all the usual stuff?

Well that’s weird, I got it to work in Mozilla but not DuckDuckGo. Maybe browser settings were the problem…thanks @tody

@SKT the message you posted suggested you failed the capcha. Duck Duck Go is super privacy browser right? Perhaps it blocked the capcha and therefore you 'failed' it?

@Alex I think that was it. I turned off most of the security settings and it worked like a charm.
