I also enjoy the spicy and astringent flavours of Chinese and Taiwanese teas, but for some reason I happen to buy more Japanese tea. Even though I sometimes feel they like to keep their best teas to themselves :).

I tried this'un today for the first time. Holy cow it's fun. Full bodied, smoke, bacon, countered by a "pine forest breeze"...
