When I saw the teal was on sale for $55 off, I couldn't resist. My wife on the other hands laughed (unsurprisingly) at the turquoise/teal colorway. I guess I'll just keep wearing them to break 'em.
@Luijim78 they remind me of my youth as well. I was happy to see some on here. I'll do my best to break in these teal Oxfords. I imagine they will look pretty awesome when they are broken in with patina (smooth leather). I think they would look great with shorts too. Thanks for the info my friend.
It’s a nostalgia thing for me as well! Both of my parents wore nothing but Docs as I was growing up. My dad would buy them when he went to London in the 80’s because there were only a couple of places stateside that sold them(I think just in NYC and LA). I’ll join you on the oxfords soon enough!
