Mold season is here! Been brushing and airing several leather items: jackets, boots. Forgot to take pictures before cleaning them but they look a mess covered with a greyish/silvery coat. My Simmons Bilt jacket (olive leaf tanned) gets hit the hardest and even after a good brushing the leather will still look a bit tarnished. Here I’m hanging my Wesco and Whites boots to air out for a couple days.

I won’t claim to have thought about framing to include the bougainvilla nor the unswept dead winter leaves but very glad you liked the pic.

@motojobobo thankful I don’t have to deal with the woes of mold here in Colorado. We have an average humidity of only ~30%! Our problem is the dryness, and I am curious to see how this impacts my blattwerk jacket in the long run.
