wow. The guy doing it looks like he's not even at peak fitness and looks a little bored/non-plussed about the whole thing. To even complete that in an hour is huge. How much training did you do before the hour's effort?

Zero training. We went in totally cold. A facilitator demonstrated each obstacle once to show us proper technique but that was it. It didn't look nearly as pretty when we did the course though. That guy in the video is a pro.

Thats some great footage. Such a shame that a trade like that has been more or less wiped out by technology. I remember seeing a similiar film at the Guiness factory in Dublin.

I think with the popularity of craft beer etc around the world, surely there would be some succsessful breweries willing to give the old fashion ways a crack. I know I'd support them if they did.
