This is the obstacle course I did during a week of leadership, heritage, and team building I did called CPO Legacy Academy. It takes most SEALs about 6 minutes to complete this course. It took me over an hour, and I didn't even complete all of the obstacles. Some of the obstacles are terrifying and I have a new level of respect for those guys.

wow. The guy doing it looks like he's not even at peak fitness and looks a little bored/non-plussed about the whole thing. To even complete that in an hour is huge. How much training did you do before the hour's effort?

Zero training. We went in totally cold. A facilitator demonstrated each obstacle once to show us proper technique but that was it. It didn't look nearly as pretty when we did the course though. That guy in the video is a pro.
