Alex and Adam C Trip to China

Alex and I travelled to China on Friday and it has been go go go so not had a chance to get this thread started.
We met @Scasi OGL in Tianjin where we visited Lei at Solomax and went out for dinner at their friends Yakatori restaurant.
The following day we caught the fast train (350km/h) to Beijing to check out the Super XY store and Samuel from Radiance Blue. Had our first taste of traditional Chinese hotpot, eating some cows stomach, throat and all sorts of other weird and wonderful foods.
We then caught the fast train to Shijiazhuang to meet Travis and the crew from The Roots, more unreal food and drinking at his brothers craft beer bar.
Denim Club next up so a flight to Chengdu. Chengdu feels like an entirely different country, very green and much more sparse. The home of the Chinese hot pot, Sichuan province, we had a very spicy (later told they asked for mild for my benefit) hot pot and great local beer.
Now waiting for our flight to Shanghai to meet Timeless Retro and make our way to the Lianping trade show.

@Mizmazzle alex has when he was much younger, my first time, a brilliant place but obviously helped with great tour guides!
