Has anyone had a go in cleaning this jacket? It doesn't specifically mention in the care guidelines but I'm assuming I treat this fabric the same way as suede/roughout

I tried on this jacket at Self Edge yesterday. Wow, it's amazing. I need a 44 and sizing doesn't go that high else I would probably be purchasing it.

How does this compare to the split steer? Is this one a lot lighter? Or just a little lighter? Looking for a suede type 3. But the split steer seems like it’s a beefcake of a piece. Like to find something easy to wear.

Echoing @J-IV here and would love to know anything about cleaning but also general care. the split steer seems indestructible but this one feels like something you should avoid wearing in the rain (though maybe not as delicate as typical suede).
