S#!T your better half says about your wardrobe

Being a devotee of the sort of heritage / denim / rugged / whateveryouwannacallit universe, I feel like I hear stuff from my girlfriend all the time that's both hilarious and cuttingly accurate.
I'm sure y'all have experienced the same, so I decided to start this thread.
To start, my boots are some of my favorite things I own. According to my girlfriend:
Engineer boots = "Santa boots"
Lofgren Donkey Punchers = "They look like bowling shoes!"
but they do look like bowling shoes

When I wear bibs "you look like a hillbilly" or wabby "like a train conductor"
Both at once: Hillbilly train conductor!

Haha this is a funny thread. My wife generally likes my IH gear, although when I first started wearing western shirts I got lots of “cowboy”, “yeeehaw”, and “pard’ner” comments.
Now, the only thing she gripes about is the price. But hey, since I only spend my own disposable bit of money from how we split the finances, and she gets her own pot to do what she wants, I care not.

Speaking of bibs, I was getting off a train whilst wearing my overalls and I had a slightly sarcastic comment about my dress sense. It came from a youth with a very dubious mullet that was probably a bad idea when his father was his age, and hasn't improved in the intervening years.

Yep, this is basically how my relationship works. She doesn’t care if I spend my money like a bit of a dumbass sometimes, as long as I’m not eating into important things. I’ve had previous ones that were not that way, and I’d say the anxiety that popped up over spending was pretty indicative of a larger overall problems of relationship health.
But yes my lady is the best and I absolutely love it when she says something hilarious about my stuff. I laugh at Santa boots literally every time I put on engineers.

As for my better half: I mostly manage to sell new acquisitions with the "I can sell it later for much more" argument (which has actually been true in most cases).
The most hated piece in the wardrobe:
She once said I looked like a prisoner in that one shirt....
I wore the Prisoner. With a shaved head (yes, hair loss has struck already).
I guess she's not to be blamed here..
Her favorites are anything 11OZ. And her tonal 33 that I managed to find used in her size

My wife and I both have pieces we really love and aren't afraid of trying new stuff out. We've been together for a couple decades, and we're both stubborn and confident, so we both know neither of us can tell the other that they can't wear something or can't pull something off.
She is cool with all of the stuff I buy, as long as it isn't too much $$$ that I take directly from our account. Luckily, every single piece of clothing or music gear purchase is spent by funds acquired by selling other clothing or music gear.

I really think the only time was when I bought a pair or Yeezy Boost 350's on a whim about 5 years ago. I took them out of the box, tried them on, and immediately thought "wow these are incredibly uncomfortable pieces of trash"
We both shot each other the same look of NOPE and onto Grailed they went.
