I've had my 21 BLU for about 4-5 years, worn it a lot and washed it several times, still it looks crisp, almost brand new.

I'm curious, does anyone have a really worn in, beaten up and faded 21 BLU, out there? They seem to be built like armour.
I'm really looking forward to see a vintage looking 21 BLU.

If anyone has pictures, please share

Edit: I've scrolled through this thread and found a few closeup shots from wear, but nothing that looks like it's been floating around oceans, thrashed in the sand and left to dry like a torn and bleached pirate flag.

The 10oz chambray is a totally different beast. I have had one for well over 10 years, its showing a few signs of wear, but really it's almost as good as new.....

Just received my 21, what size looks better in your opinion? They both feel good to me, the xxl gives my body more room when I move or sit down and my stomach points a little more out, but from the side I feel it looks odd because of the wide opening or is it just me?

@FlavourFade I think you may be in the wrong thread here and that shirts a 21? I’d also go with the XL if you are on a weight loss journey as I’ve read elsewhere

Anyway wise words, I mean I don't think that I will look super ripped soon and need a shirt for this summer and not the next, but they both fit and you should be right about that.

This is an XL. The comfort is good. In the M and L I had no comfort in the chest and back (chest 108cm). I do have doubts about the length of the XL and the wide opening at the bottom.

The M and L felt too short again because my chest pushed the shirt up.

Also got the Khaki in XL. That one feels a bit more fitting.
What do you think about the fit of the Chambray?

I would say it looks too long, baggy and the shoulder seams are hanging off your shoulders. It appears obviously oversized to me. I’d go back to L.

Picked this bad boy up second hand the other day. Been wanting it for a while, as I think it's basically the platonic ideal of a chambray shirt, since the IH work shirt pattern is so good and it also has great triple needle details. Sadly, I hadn't realized the seller had cut off the chain stitch runoff which is a favorite detail of mine, but eh, that's how it goes.

Just wondering if this shirt shrinks from washing, or if anyone's tried putting it in the dryer to try and shrink it? I find that I'm usually between sizes for most IH shirts: small is sometimes too tight in the chest/shoulders and medium is too long in the length for wearing untucked. Hoping to be able to size up to a medium but shrink it in length.

On another note, I'm not sure if there is a function in the forum to search within threads? I wanted to search for the keyword "shrink" but don't seem to see a way to do so (other than searching the entire forum as a whole)

click on the magnifying glass, this will give you the option of clicking on the cog to bring up advanced search, containing amongst others a filter to search within titles and posts, as well as the ability to limit your search to certain categories

You can also refine your search once you have the initial search results

@FireGX I found this shirt to come in a bit with washing. I've only hand washed in cold water so you may get more luck with a hot wash.
