I can stretch a pair of XHS over two inches in the waist. I think anything will stretch if you apply enough pressure.

Yeah, I think it becomes a factor for consideration with slimmer cuts that have more narrow thighs.  Most larger waisted folks need that thigh room.  777 is my cut so I’m always watching the waist to thigh ratio and taking potential stretch into consideration.

Per the above.  These are the measurements that Tom san took.  Our measurements usually differ, we measured them at 34.1".

My 666 samples will be measured and photographed tomorrow….

Waist -      34.2" –-> 35.5"
Front rise - 10.8" ---> 10.8"
Rear rise -  14.2" ---> 15.1"
Thigh -      12.2" ---> 12.3"
Knee -        8.7" ---> 8.8"
Hem -        8.2" ---> 8.0"
