Arctic Race of Norway came to Bodø today, and with it an attempt to break the record for the worlds longest breakfast buffet (it measured over 500m, go figure). Weird idea but a nice day out with the wife, kids and my sister -in- laws family.

Running stairs at Red Rocks (just getting to the amphitheater demands a pretty considerable hike up the trails, so it ends up being a brilliant way to exercise outside
