I'm back. I hope everyone will excuse my absence. Upon my return from Kentucky, I had to attend to some family things. Just as I thought everything was settled, the Sunday after my return, I was asked to work a 14 day stretch that a coworker had to excuse himself from. Two weeks and 152 hours of work later, things are finally looking more normal...

As my luck would have it, I developed a cold, Saturday. Thankfully, we were ahead of schedule, and I was given the option to take off Sunday. Which, I gladly took. I took today off, as well. There was no way I would've been able to function at work, today.

I'm going to try catching up on posts I had intended on doing a couple of weeks ago. But, it may take a few days...

@scooter Take your time; look after yourself and your loved ones. It’s great to have you back.

@catdad1 I wish I could hang with you but it looks less and less likely ️

@scooter Endo hit the nail on the head, hope you are back to 100% soon

Anyone who has met my wife knows that she is much smarter than me. But now we have something official to prove it: today, she defended her habilitation and now meets all necessary requirements to become a professor
