IHM-52-KHA - 12oz Whipcord Tanker Jacket - Khaki

Inspired by the jackets issued to US servicemen in the 1940s, our whipcord tanker jacket is designed to offer authentic military style with functionality for everyday wear. For this FW26 update, we've opted to use a reactive-dyed fabric, the same as that found on our signature N1 deck jacket. This replaces the sulphur-dyed whipcord that featured on previous versions of this jacket, resulting in a richer shade of khaki and ensuring longer-lasting colour.

As with all our military cuts, this isn’t a strict reproduction piece — the classic tanker silhouette has been given a typical Iron Heart overhaul. Along with the tough whipcord outer shell, we’ve added a weather-resistant Japanese Ventile lining for a layer of protection against wind and rain, while remaining lightweight and highly breathable.

@seanpeng1977gmail.com until the jacket is at IHUK and measured, it is impossible to say what size you will need. Once those measurements are posted, please compare them to your M65 for confirmation that it is the correct size.

Could check out the "old" tankers as well. I'm not saying this one will measure the same, but probably close enough.

Close enough isn’t really a good standard to go by.

I almost always check older measurements in anticipation to a new release. By no means do I go off old charts when placing an order, but I still find it helpful. In this case, looking at the old charts, I know I might have to size down. Obviously I won't know this until the new measurements are up, but at least I'm somewhat prepared
