I’m smack-bang in between sizes on this run, so will sit it out and see what the next lot yields.

I was thinking recently - to use a guitar analogy - that the 634s is like the Telecaster of jeans: Not fancy. Never goes out of style. Lasts forever and gets better over time. Goes well with everything.
Just as Leo Fender got it right the first time, so did IH.

Don't give up. Every pair will have slightly different measurements and the size chart is just an average based on pairs measured. If you have specific measurements in mind, ask the crew or hit up a retailer. I have a feeling the next lot of these will not be coming up quickly.

Not the bun fight I expected. Which is nice as I now have a pair on the way. Been a few years since my last pair of 21oz. I’m really rather happy.

@neph93 same club. My anni pair came up small to begin with so they never got much wear. Sized up so hoping for a nice comfy pair of 21oz pajamas.

Will these jeans stretch quickly in waist (buying them tight) or should I rather stay on the safe side (buying them just right)?

@mikewolf The 21oz denim will stretch an inch in the waist if not more. I would suggest measuring your best fitting pair of jeans/pants then aiming for a starting waist 1" below that, anticipating this stretch

If you are not sure on how to measure the right way you can view our guide here

Piggybacking on to Adam’s post, if you do size down do a quick double check of the other important measurements like the thigh, etc

@mikewolf. Buying them tight is not a good strategy. Slightly snug will a better way to look at it so they can quickly become comfortable.
