@Giles the SLGA015 has a black version of that dial, which I think looks better.

Hopefully they'll offer the new model in that colourway in the near future.

@Graeme Love textured dials, and this blue one looks like waves out in the ocean. I'd wear that in a heartbeat. I appreciate the subtle way it gets darker on the edges too. Attention to detail is great!

I still prefer the black textured dial to the blue and green though.

Yeah, and for the avoidance of doubt, I am not against textured logos, my OGL and GS Skyflake have them, but I cant be doing with the garishness. I cant be doing with the Omega Seamaster dial either.....

Sadly the tide graph works for most of the UK but not for the Solent, I may have to buy another watch if I want to get the double tide

I've seen a few photos of the Grand Seiko Ushio 300 Diver where the dial and bezel are darker, and I think that it looks a lot better than in the photo I posted earlier.

Maybe it's something I need to see in the metal before I make a judgement.
