EDC - What's In Your Pockets?
-
@northsouthdenimguy nice carry there
-
Thank you. I was going through my “Catch All” a few moments ago and just realized I bought a Ship John brass pen recently that I need to add to the EDC.
️ i’m constantly searching for a pen so figure this would help me out. It’s pretty small. -
@northsouthdenimguy just looked at your leather keychain. I’m in Cumming right now with family for Christmas! In-laws are in Buford and sister and brother-in-law are in Cumming.
-
That’s cool when I first moved to Georgia over 30 years ago I lived in Cumming for about six months. My parents lived there for many years.
Dad Joke in 3 2 1…
Why does Alpharetta like living next to Cumming?
Because it’s always coming.
Edit: a little backstory on the key fob Harker Leather Works is based in Cumming Georgia he makes really cool belts and small goods. A while back on the Discord we were talking about where we live and I jokingly said that I used to be a Cumming man which I think prompted the design.

I'd love to see some EDC FADES!
Has anyone developed fades around your EDC items? IWB holsters, knives, really anything... I've been hesitant to carry certain items in my new denim out of fear of hard line fades giving away my concealment.
-
@Go-For-Chill Just a heads up that guns on the forum is a touchy subject and not everyone agrees one way or another. If anyone posts pictures of daily carries, please do so respectfully keeping that tidbit in mind.
Thank you.
-
@goosehd Totally get it. I’ve read that before and never post mine out of respect. I even purposefully omitted that word from my post. Seeing everyone’s cell phone fade lines made me wonder about imprints from all the other things we keep in our pockets and waistbands and I’ve never seen a fade-specific EDC post before.
-
@Go-For-Chill ..and thank you for that respect. It is much appreciated!

Added vintage lighter to the pocket this week

Genuine question and asked without judgement: Why do so many of you carry knives?
-
@will6er Big reason, because it's cool (for me anyways).
Also, I do open a fair amount of packages, envelopes, and cut the occasional tag, so it's pretty convenient to have on me.
-
@will6er it’s a tool I use daily and in this case, a piece of art. I’ve carried a pocket knife daily since I was a boyscout and prob will until I cant. My knives are just a lot more expensive now

This wallet is made by a Berlin based company called Papercuts, and as the the suggests, it's really made of paper. I've had it for many years and I like. Every time my dad sees it, he tells me to get rid of it and get something decent instead
