White T shirt 2 pack Recs…
-
@jordanscollected
The 2M15 is my current favorite. I also love the 2S14 for the slub texture. -
How bad is the shrinkage? It's put me off buying them this far, along with the odd sizing.
-
I have two of the Merz B Schwanen SCT04 slub pima cotton tees. The length shrunk so much in the first cold wash they had to be relegated to pajama shirts. I don't recommend them.
-
Love my whitesvilles, have all the colors. White and gray fit perfectly. Black and blue slightly smaller length but still dig them. Really enjoy my Merz b (black and white) as well but afraid rock them at work, don’t wanna mess them up, coffee bleach stains etc. So more weekend tees and date nights etc. I’m interested in trying some new white tees in the future, so some good info in here.

I had many Merz B Schwanen type 215. but was dissatisfied with the cut. I switched to a 2m15 section and now everything is perfect. The quality is perfect even after about 20 machine washes.

@SKT You mean sort of like the difference between a 555, 666, 777, 888, 634, and 1955?

-
@Go-For-Chill you are not wrong.
-
Don‘t know if they sell 2 packs, but Warehouse loopwheel t-shirts are great. Nice texture and quite light for warmer temps.
-
@Tago-Mago I’d like a 2-pack of Friedrichs and a Wilhelm
-
@Tago-Mago I couldn’t wear a T shirt called Hermann. It brings back bad memories of the Hermann cake that was inflicted on us when I was a kid.
-
@Tago-Mago it was a nightmare. It just kept growing and you didn’t want to kill it in case the friend who gave it to you found out. It needed to reach the stage where there was a mutually agreed Hermann cull.
-
I'd buy a 2-pack of Dr Magos.
-
@don_pipone Yup! I'm wearing a white warehouse slub tee right now! Love it!!

One other name and fabric to consider. Wool & Prince. I have their Signature Black Tee in size medium and I have worn it almost daily for the last 2 months. I wear it for 2 weeks straight and then hand wash it and hang dry. The only smell it picks up is a bit of deodorant but otherwise the wool just regulates itself perfectly.
They make a natural color, but not a white. They are spendy at $80 a piece, but my cost per wear is going down quick.
They also make an “Interlock” which is a 10oz I’ll try next fall.
