I always feel a bit soppy some mornings, but waking up and putting on my Iron Heart jeans just brings a smile to my face, I get to experience these fabrics in my life and it is just blissful.

I just spent a week with dear friends, walking the footpaths of Suffolk. I am profoundly grateful for my interesting little life.

Just one of those days…fun in the sun with the family, warm waters, quite a few fish, a turtle or two, and a massive stingray.

Sadly, the coral has seen better days…but heading out tomorrow to a different reef. Fingers crossed.

…and once again. I was meant to be on, in, under, and around water. Nothing puts me at peace than that feeling.

Even the guides noticed and remarked on that today…

@goosehd I could do without that sky water that just shows up in these weird drops that get all over everything and make driving annoying. Other than that, I'm with you.

@goosehd I’m guessing you’re just snorkeling,but maybe you’re diving as well. I’ve been scuba diving there,years ago.Quite nice.

@Jett129 snorkeling for the kids…the youngest is old enough now, but just waiting for the right time. As soon as she says yes, diving from then on.

@goosehd I think my son might’ve been about 10 and we were snorkeling in Bon Aire and since beach diving was quite easy and popular,he would see the divers coming up and they’d wave to him,and he said I want to do that. So we took a resort course,and the rest is history. He at one point was on a scuba trip,in Israel,where his group got to go diving with guys from the Israeli Navy in the Red Sea.

I sent over my much-loved pair of 555-XHSib (6+ years old, 700+ wears, close to falling apart) to IHUK for some repairs, but unfortunately they never got there and UPS recently confirmed they lost them.

A random rant turned into random love for recent Huckberry customer service.

I’ve been singing the praises of these Suede runners made by Luca, Huckberry in house shoe brand. Well yesterday I noticed that the sole was coming unglued, big time on the left shoe and a small section n the right shoe. Purchased last August I thought I’d be SOL.

Instead they offered me:

1. A full refund
2. 20% off my next purchase
3. Keep the suede runners and repair them (preferable) or discard (no way). I have Shoe Goo but I’m worried about my repair being sloppy.

I have a replacement pair from a different brand on the way.
