@SourPower I like it. It was a present but I’d consider buying it for myself. The cherry is more obvious with tonic (and stronger than I expected). In a Negroni it comes through less clearly but adds depth.

Dang that looks like a mighty fine bottle LM&V are probably the finest independent bottler of rums right now. Nice age on it too. Congeners measuring 546.9 g/HLAP.” Now you're speaking my language! Truth is I dont drink much these days, but my home bar is still well supplied with some exotic high ester rums from around the world. If you get the chance see if you can find some Hampden or Long Pond from Jamaica.
What little I can see of the menu looks very promising. What is that place?

@tenuin big fan of Hampden and Long Pond. Exceptional stuff! Did you know that Hampden sells their highest ester rums to be used for rum flavoring in the commercial food industry?
