Thankfully, the wire clip bent back into approximate shape without much difficulty. I have lots of experience reshaping k-wampus clips My OG Tasman Salt is holding up much better in the pocket so far.

I used to run the Town Cutler shop that my friend and former chef co-worker at Quince started back in 2011. It's started out selling pieces from Aaron Wilburn and Shosui Takeda as well as your everyday culinary and outdoor heritage knives. He then moved into manufacturing his own line. When the pandemic hit he closed the SF and Chicago stores and decided to focus only on manufacturing his line of knives and tools. I came along for the ride and continued working with him for a couple more years. Being part of San Francisco's very small but very old cutler culture will forever be a special part of my life.
