Today I made it to Namche Bazaar (3440m) with 1191m elevation gain. I’ll sleep well tonight!

@goosehd I’d recommend doing it sooner rather than later as we are getting older and the mountains aren’t getting any smaller. I’m told today was the toughest day on the trail and it gets more gradual from now on. Today definitely pushed me out of my comfort zone …
