Let’s travel back to the 2010s, when we were young and crazy, and just starting out with our brewery. We picked two hop varieties without which it’s hard to imagine craft beer as we know it. We went with Simcoe, used in some of the best DIPAs on the planet, and Citra, the hop that basically defined an era of craft beer.

We brought out our trusted, delicious and pillowy soft hazy base, and then just went wild with the hops. Creamy and full, with a blast of citrus straight in the front, followed by layers of stone fruit, passionfruit, and a touch of piney depth that reminds us where it all began. A nostalgic nod to the era that made us fall in love with hops in the first place, mixed with the haze that we've grown to love some years later.

God has blessed you richly, so get down on your knees and thank him. Don’t forget the less fortunate or God will personally kick your ass. I’d love to do it for him, but I can’t be everywhere. Willie Nelson

I’m headed for Orlando, Florida during the upcoming holidays to visit with one of my sisters. I’d like to order online some good beer (craft/artisanal/quality, not sure about the best term to use here) for delivery at her house. I’m very fond of dark beer, ale, IPA and sours (cider too). I’ll probably get circa 60 bottles.
Looking for your advice on which store I should seek out. Thank you!

                          The journey is the objective.

Not what I would normally drink but I felt like it was appropriate with it being -1 farenheit this morning. I like that there is a detailed description on the cn because my pallet is not that refined and it puts any tasting notes more eloquently than I ever could. 😆

@motojobobo While I’m not from Florida,my son lives there and they have a pretty thriving craft beer scene. I would,by default, recommend Total Winnes as they’re a fairly big chain and usually have a wide and varied selection. My favorite of the local beers, that I’ve tried,is Cigar City. They’re based out of Tampa.
