Two more German pints for snow day

Let’s travel back to the 2010s, when we were young and crazy, and just starting out with our brewery. We picked two hop varieties without which it’s hard to imagine craft beer as we know it. We went with Simcoe, used in some of the best DIPAs on the planet, and Citra, the hop that basically defined an era of craft beer.

We brought out our trusted, delicious and pillowy soft hazy base, and then just went wild with the hops. Creamy and full, with a blast of citrus straight in the front, followed by layers of stone fruit, passionfruit, and a touch of piney depth that reminds us where it all began. A nostalgic nod to the era that made us fall in love with hops in the first place, mixed with the haze that we've grown to love some years later.

If i have to pick just one beer, this would be it Had it the first time on our trip to Brugge and have been hooked since. There are several others great beers that i like though
