It would be very cool if you did make a green version. Dark green roughout paired with a dark brown smooth would be nice. I'm looking at a custom pair of Jim Greens with this combo and it looks fantastic (even though their green is actually a little too light).
Also, if you ever do a 3E width that would be amazing. I'm stuck with some other brands I don't necessarily prefer just because they offer 3E off the shelf. -
@Alex Yes, that's pretty dang close to what I was picturing! Perhaps a little darker on the brown in my mind, but I hadn't even considered a lace-to-toe version. I love the way that looks. I don't have all the OG knowledge (just learned about IH in the past couple years), so finding out about cool things you guys did in the past is good for me. Thanks for taking the time to pull up that link; it's exactly why I appreciate this forum so much.

@Jack these are amazing. Agree on the others about the heel, keep it like the sample, this is exactly how a boot like this should look. Also I like the color of the roughout. I'd actually prefer if it was even more olive

From an aesthetic standpoint, the heel height is perfect. It’s not necessarily a boot I’d wear myself, but it’s a beautiful design. I get why a lot of people prefer a lower heel, but in my opinion, that really takes away from what makes the boot visually striking.

And a higher heel is counterintuitively, more comfortable for long days on your feet....

@Alex yeah !! But I personally would prefer the HH leather to the black tie domain, anyway they are beautiful boots.

@Jack Killer jungle boot! I agree on the lowered heel, but I am partisan to low heels. It does, however lend more towards the military boot look.
