@Graham great, thanks!

Hi everyone, can someone offer some sizing advice on these? If I usually get 33” waist on 634s & 888s, should I aim for the same waist on them (meaning I probably need to go up a tag size) or should I get the waist maybe half an inch larger, given that they are a low rise?
-
@Damocles The 634 and 666 are the same rise. If your 634’s are tight (all measurements taken into consideration), then you may need to size up as the 666’s are a slimmer jean than the 634’s.
The included link illustrates the differences and similarities of IH’s core cuts.

@goosehd No my 634s is spot on, I noticed the 666 I am after is half an inch lower in rise than my 634s, hence I thought I might need to get it slightly bigger around the waist.
-
@Damocles. The difference between 634 and 666 is pretty profound. For the same tag size the 634 is bigger at the hip, considerably bigger at the thigh and bigger at the knee. Look at all measurements from the sizing chart and not just waist.

Started my IH journey last September with a pair of 634S UHR. Every time I think I want another pair I bail because I love my UHR so much, but I finally pulled the trigger on these 666 SBG! I love the fit of my 634, but for black I wanted something slimmer that still had a straight leg.
Really stoked to start a new side quest with these! Based off what I’ve been reading I feel good about my size choice. I’m tag 32 in the 634S UHR and opted for a tag 34 in these. Current waist on the 634 is about 17” and feels great. I probably could have squeezed in a tag 33 in the 666, but I think my thighs will be happier in the 34.
Withered Fig here in the States has both so if the 34 is way off I’ll see about a swap, but either way I’m beyond stoked to start fading these!
I can’t express enough how helpful this community is when it comes to making purchase decisions. I read all the posts regarding pieces I’m interested in and feel confident at the check out. IH FTW!

my 666S SBG have arrived and I'm beyond hyped! tag 34 was perfect based off the measurements of my 634S UHR tag 32. stoked to start the fade journey tomorrow and give my UHR some time off after about 365 days of wear. the 21oz has a different feel to the 21/23oz, but somehow familiar.

Day 1 with the 666. Love this fit. UHR have been benched for the season.

@indigo_nico
perfect fit ! -
@Daniel-San thanks dude! I thought I was a 634 lifer until I came over to the dark side.
-
@Giles haha I fell to the temptation of the Devil's cut - although my 634 are still my first love.

Well i cant believe how soft and pliable these are straight out of the box. I can only compare them to the 25oz indigo 777 and i got those yesterday and these today lol. These are 34 tag just like my 777 but they fit much better although i havent soaked my 25oz yet. The funny part are these jeans according to the website i bought them from were supposed to be a true 34 and according to the website i bought the 777 were supposed to be a 33. But i think these are closer to a 33 i didnt want to go down in size because in each case the jeans supposedly went down to a 32 if i were have gotten the 33 tag not sure bout how they come to those numbers because i believe they must vary from pair to pair i kinda wish i went with the 33 tag on the 25oz 777 but with the soak i hope to shrink them a toch and thats all i need. These 666 fit perfectly there broken-in already minus the fades i hope to achieve ya 66621ozsbg are awesome

@jrb1975 I’m on day 11 with these and I’m obsessed with the fit. Coming from 634 I had concerns about the thigh, but measuring the IH way and comparing sizing charts made all the difference. Totally ignoring tag size and just looking at the measurements was the way. My 634 UHR are tag 32 and my 666 SBG are tag 34 and they both fit perfect. Stoked to get these grey fades!

@indigo_nico I smile when I see posts like this…enjoy

-
@goosehd thanks dude! And seriously, the post you made a week or so ago about fit and measurement should be required reading haha

@indigo_nico sincere thank you!
