Im a commercial fishermen specifically king and coho salmon power troller here in southeast Alaska i also am a longliner and seiner for halibut , black cod , and a variety of salmon. Ive since sold my fishing vessel as the job is to taxing on my shoulders and neck in which ive had surgery on. So now i work in the customer service buisness here in Alaska.

Fit is amazing ! Love the look of the stitching contrasting with the grey-black denim. Hope to fade it along with my 666 sbg's. Perfect shrit the way I see it , not nearly as heavy as the 292 but not light kinda the sweet spot.

Just wanted to throw a couple pics of my 777's at exactly three months of wear how do you think there coming along (no wash yet)

This nice shrit came in the post today. Fits like a shrit no layering on this one a bit tight in the armpits but i think it should relax a bit and be good.

These 777's are super comfortable feel like there starting to break good

First pair of iron hearts. Am i right to think these jeans are supposed to fit pretty low on your hip. I got the 34 and had them hemmed to 31. Im actually a 33 waist I believe but these are supposed to shrink an inch after a hot soak right. On the website it said these jeans would be a 33 waist but I think there a 34 mind you i havent got a tape handy though. I do like them anyway thanks for this great site im pretty new to selvedge!

@goosehd ok wanted to tell you that i soaked the 777's in a reasonably hot tank of water for exactly 1 hour and they basically transformed to basically the best fitting pair of jeans that i can remember as of late. They shrank in all the right places interestingly not much in the waist but there great!

@goosehd ok maybe ill do a super cold soak and cold gentle wash. Thanks its just that the current fit feels just right. But theres no reason to damage them by not following the directions

@Oaktavia thanks for taking the time. Im referring to uhr i only wrote 21oz because thats the weight they start at until soak and wash to turn them to 23oz. Im not as concerned about the waist as i am the legs only because if they were to shrink much they would be to tight because there already tight but just going for a walk and wearing around the house i think theve stretched a bit. But mainly do u think it would be a bad idea just to wear them as is with no wash or soak and maybe down the line 6 months or so do a bathtub soak while wearing them i dont know how much trouble id be in down the road if they shrunk after they were already broken in or what would happen actually because right now as is they fit great maybe better then any ironheart jeans i own which is 4. Thanks

@goosehd thank you ,wow those button holes are something else but i got them and these are unbelievable raw denium jeans. These raws are like nothing ive ever seen before so different from the sbg's and the couple pairs of extra heavy raws ive got. Also the denium i believe must be incredibly difficult to produce these are true armor and stiff and I could use them to sand my deck as well

@Oaktavia you're fades are amazing i read the story about you're 190z overdyded "sleep shrit " thats hardcore but i completely understand the devotion. Ive just got a quick situation or question for you. I recently got a pair of 555 ultra heavy 21oz superraw sandpaper indigos size 31 and had them hemmed and was ready to hot soak and machine wash but i cant. I cant brcause they fit the way they fit kinda tight and i only can get a finger in the waist. So ive got a quandrey in which if I soak them they just wont fit me period end stop so whats you're take on if i just were them raw? Of course im working on a pair of 25oz 777's currently so i cant put them through the ringer just yet but they fit good raw just a thought
