They’re making espresso martinis at Corvus Coffee with Gesha espresso dropped over a frozen element and it is wild. Very sweet and floral and very delicious.
They’re also doing other cocktails and I tried a few.
They also had some bottles from a collab with one of my favorite breweries.
And I grabbed some excellent product too.

Trying out this new Kona from Hawaii.
Never seen the grounds puff up this much.

Really enjoying this one at the moment. My first Chiroso variety and possibly my first double natural with mosto. The raspberry note is detectable even in the whole beans and comes through very clearly with every brewing method I’ve tried.

@ARNC nice! I’m finding it’s important to have a variety of beans on hand. I tend to get sick of even my favourite if I brew them every day.

The swollen bloom is most likely from being too fresh. Coffee beans need to off gas for 7-10 days after roasting before you brew. Even longer if your pulling espresso -
@Brock Had no clue! It says they were roasted on the 16th so that tracks. It still tasted good but it's good to know for next time. Thanks!
