They’re making espresso martinis at Corvus Coffee with Gesha espresso dropped over a frozen element and it is wild. Very sweet and floral and very delicious.
They’re also doing other cocktails and I tried a few.

They also had some bottles from a collab with one of my favorite breweries.

And I grabbed some excellent product too.

@ARNC nice! I’m finding it’s important to have a variety of beans on hand. I tend to get sick of even my favourite if I brew them every day.

The swollen bloom is most likely from being too fresh. Coffee beans need to off gas for 7-10 days after roasting before you brew. Even longer if your pulling espresso -
@Brock Had no clue! It says they were roasted on the 16th so that tracks. It still tasted good but it's good to know for next time. Thanks!
