@northsouthdenimguy Seeing The Smiths live will always be memories to treasure for me - I love it when any band or singer covers one of their songs. The music, melody, words, rhythm and beats will always take me to a happy place. I love hearing Johnny talk about his passion for good clothing, seeing him wearing Iron Heart with a big smile on his face makes my day!

Definitely “jealous” you got to see The Smiths live, I’ve only managed to catch Morrissey a couple of times. The Smiths/Morrissey were a lifeline for me in my teen years; between the constant soundtrack in my bedroom and the oversized posters on my wall, my parents probably thought I was a little off. As a skateboarder who was always deep into clothing, The Smiths were style icons for me and my friends back then. Pretty cool now to see Johnny rocking Iron Heart and really appreciating what it’s about.

Hey everyone! I watched "The Thursday Murder Club" yesterday. And I saw Ironheart in it! Look at Tom Elisse! And Pierce Brosnan's jacket is clearly from Japan! What does Giles have to say about that?

I saw him in the 90s at the Jazz Cafe in Camden.
I was a young backpacker and was drinking Wild Turkey 101 from a hip flask. I got rather polished, and at the end of the gig, I thought it was appropriate that I got on stage to thank Charlie.
I went up to him and said something along the lines of "great gig, man". He very politely said, "Thank you. Would you mind getting off the stage now?"
