IHSH-427-IND - 16oz Selvedge Denim CPO Shirt - Indigo
-
question as a guy who tucks In almost everything is this one... tuckable?
-
@TuckedInShirt the majority would say no (intended as an overshirt more than anything) but pretty damn sure I’ve seen @John-Galt pull it off more than once

@sabergirl said in IHSH-427-IND - 16oz Vintage Selvedge Denim CPO Shirt - Indigo:
CPO ain’t for tuckin’
As in “UnTucked”?
-
@sabergirl for clarity sake, completely agreed BUT there is always that someone who does something w a garment that breaks all the norms and yet totally works
-
For sure! and for more clarity sake, ain’t no way you’ll achieve the same type of drape as RL with this garment unless you break it in for 10+ years
-
@TuckedInShirt I’m like you and also tuck in almost everything and I do have a few CPOs that I bought to size as shirts versus overshirts to tuck and I find it works with some better than others depending upon how thick the inner pocket material is - the thicker the pocket material, the more the pocket area bulges out at the waist when tucked. Also the length of the CPOs typically run about an inch longer than a shirt, so there’s more to tuck in. I personally only go this route when there’s not something similar that I could purchase as a shirt like the 17oz duck.

@John-Galt ah i see noted

@hugothecowboy Hi bud, usual routine
Turn inside out, Soaked in the bath for 30mins , removed from the bath still dripping wet and put into the washing machine.
Ariel washing liquid , 30c with the spin cycle off .
Remove turn back the correct way , hang on the washing line to dry -
