@gazza61 I had a 1.5L bottle somewhat recently that I shared with friends, and it went way faster than I was expecting! I've heard that wine ages better in larger bottles, so that probably didn't help. It was already a special bottle, but it was so much fun to enjoy it with friends.

Magnificent 100% Nielluccio from Clos Signadore out of Poggio d’Oletta, Corsica. This one absolutely slapped, paired with Brunson dry aged ribeyes from @mclaincausey!

Nice. I don’t know the producer, but Nebbiolo is one of my favorite grapes, and mature Barolo can be outstanding.

Not my favorite wine, but damn good. Paired very well with barbecued/very hot smoked salmon, creamed spinach and toasted sourdough bread. Rustic and very satisfying.

Got this yesterday after a meet the wine maker evening at the local bottleshop and is very nice
The burge family are a huge business over here and oddly they sold the Grant Burge winery and name etc but kept their vineyards and have started a new brand
