@Sir_Cuffs-a-Lot in all seriousness, I do find the colorway to be toned down yet similar (almost like the upcoming tartan UHF release). If I didn’t go size small like a twat on the DTC, pretty sure I would talk myself out of this one.

@flannel-slut I hear ya, man. I’m still not 100% sure. Love my DTC (heck, it’s my profile pic), but I also recently snagged a UES slubby that has similar colours. Now that’s a completely different fabric, but again - how many “similar” shirts before they’re just not getting enough love?
All that being said, these 434’s are truly special in my mind. Been blown away by all the ones I’ve fortunately been able to snaggle. I even emailed DR about a week ago in anticipation of another drop…. So 95% sure?

@Brandrea I have found that it varies from pattern to pattern. To me, my DTC and HHG feel to be on the “coarser” side (relative mind you - it’s not coarse compared to something like Dehen), but my HTP feels soft as. The CBR is somewhere in between. I tend to wear all with a very thin tee underneath, and the only time I feel “itchy” is if I work up a bit of a sweat and moisture is involved. I can wear them all day comfortably….

To parrot @flannel-slut, I find that the Fox Brothers DR products described as having ‘merino’ wool (including the HTP as he referenced) usually have the softest handfeel
